am pulling my hair out.

we have a bcm50 that was installed by the local phone cooperative years ago. last week one of our i2004 phones died and we're using one from another office temporarily.

however, we need to program one of the keys to page all zones but I can't figure it out for the life of me.

I've tried feature *3, choose the key, 61-0 but it won't let me input the 61. even tried feature *2 but can't use any number higher than a 2 or 3 (our range of extensions).

I can manually page all using feature 61-0.

I tried feature *0 (button inquiry) on the page key on another phone and it only says "Page All, Spkr"

Help! thanks ~Rich

1 - Feature, *, 3
2 - Feature, 610
3 - Use Feature, *, 0 to confirm it worked.

Feature 610 is internal page all
Feature 62 is external page
Feature 630 is internal/external page all

hmmmm ... tried that (I thought) but it wouldn't let me input the 6 in the 610. it would let me put in other numbers and yes, the 6 button is working!

will try again - I musta done something wrong

or

could there be some kind of block on the phone that would prevent it from working? I'm trying to program key #7 on an i2004.

thanks~ ~Rich

Just to make sure..........
When you use Feature *3 push button do you hit 610 or do you hit FEATURE 610 ?

Must hit Feature+code.

NT's got it. You have to press FEATURE 610 to program the code.
