Hey guys, I've inherited a new site and I have an M7324 that keeps loosing button programming everytime the system is reset or the phone gets unplugged. All the other programming is fine and isn't impacted by system resets.

The phone has two Hunt Group 00:00 buttons that I can't seem erase. I've checked the programming for any hunt groups that are programmed and can't find anything!

We've tried replacing the M7324 and it keeps doing the same thing. I'm wondering if it's a bigger system issue.

Which system?
Which version?
What is the release version on the phone?

Have you tried a different port on the system?

AND, are you speaking of the phone or the adjunct console?

I haven't tried swapping the port yet, that was going to be my next step in the process. If I remember right, I think the system software is 4.1. I'll be going out to the site sometime this week to get exact details.

Thank for the pointers guys. I'll keep you informed as to what I find.

Korey:

I did forget one question but Lightninghorse asked the question:

Is it the phone or the CAP module that is loosing memory?
