We have a new customer with a BCM400 that needs some help with some programming. They want to program their afterhours AA to FWD to a toll free number when an option is selected. They also have a couple of IP phones (i2002) that need replaced at a remote site. We need some direction on swapping these out.

For the Auto attendant you need to set up the CCR tree to transfer to the offsite #. Remember to use route for call option and insert the correct dest code for an outside line. For the new ip phones they need to be configured and registered with the correct network addresses to the BCM. Also depending on how many ip keycodes you have you may need to unregister the old phone before you register the new ones.
