I am trying to set up call logging on some 1230 IP sets. I have gone into Elements Manager and added the IP of the leader Sig Server in the Personal Directory field. I now get a caller softkey appearance on the phones but when I press it I get server error. What am I missing?

I found my problem...I was using the SS TLAN IP instead of the SS ELAN IP in the Server field of the Personal Directory
