I have a CS1000E 5.5 system with PRI. Whenever the customer outdials, the call is tagged with 528-XXXX. There are different departments that want their own COLP tagging. Our Telco DBA folks allowed that, but many DNs don't have DIDs, which means their COLP tagging is their 4 digit DN, which will not allow them to call LD.
How do I set up OLI or COLP on a per station basis in the system so that DN 1101 outdials using the PRI and the COLP tag is 528-XXXX on one station and 528-YYYY on a DN 2000, etc, so the call presentation can be separated by DN or department?
I am able to achieve this on a $1500 CICS system, so I assume there is a way of doing it on a $150,000 PBX...
