This customer took a power hit and fried the HD; I have replaced the HD and the only thing that seems funky is a few extensions forwarding to voicemail. For instance ext 228 rings at his phone but when voicemail picks up its in mailbox 233. When you call 233 it rolls into her mailbox. I have deleted and rebuilt both mailboxes, checked all forwarding settings, answer dn's and Public and Private OLI and control set. Any ideas? This is actually happening on a few extensions. I also verified that neither extension is a secondary extension in the others mailbox.

After loading patches and rebooting the system this has been resolved.
