One person cannot retrieve their voice mail. It says see administrator. Any ideas?

Make sure call forward is set to VM DN in Norstar Telephone set programming. (Under capabilities)
Make sure mailbox set up in Flash programming and that the mailbox has been initialized by at least recording the name in mailbox. Good Luck.

Call forward doesn't have to be set as it will work automatically and if the MB wasn't initialized, she wouldn't have messages anyway.The issue reported by the OP was that the user couldn't "retrieve" their messages.

Sorry I can't read...thought it said receive vm not retrieve.

password reset should do it.
