On incoming calls, AA answers saying if you know your pty's ext. dial it at any time, but if caller dials ext (ie x27) first attempt it goes to wrong ext. You can call back and it goes to correct extension. I ran into this same trouble about 4 yrs ago and can't remember the fix. Any Suggestions? Thanks

A SW patch, or upgrade for the CP will correct it.

I've never run into that problem. I've had to reinitialize it before and NOT reset memory and it came back up. Maybe I was just lucky.

Good Morning: Just to add, if the caller is trying to enter the extension number with a cell phone, the call can be sent to the wrong ext. Cellphones have caused this problem for some of our customers. Just a thought. P
