Hello again,
I am trying to record a new name for a company directory. I have a NortelT7361E phone. Can you help in how I can do it withiout erasing the mailbox and startng over?

To answer your question, it can't be done.

Good Morning: Correct me if I am wrong. If you would like to change your name in the Company Directory you can just log into your mailbox then press 1. Mailbox will be remain the same just changing the audio recording of mailbox owner. If you want to then change the spelling of the owners name you can just go into feat 983, log in then edit mailbox. Scroll to name and enter new owners name (first and last for directory..)
Hope this is the case with your version of software.

Note, the model of your phone, T7316E, doesn't matter for the voice mailbox name programming. There is separate programming for the voicemail, and for the phone system programming. Each one involves programming a name. Your question refers to the company directory, which is part of the voicemail system. Pincerpal is correct in what you want to do.
