I have two BCM50's that are having the same issue. The customer is utilizing external message notification to cell phone on both systems; the problem is that every once in a while messages don't get sent. I log into the mailbox to verify settings and they (setting) are non-existent. I have to reset the external notification settings. Has anybody else ran across this?

Which setting and user mailbox settings or admin mailbox settings? Turning it on again or entering the number again?
Are both mailboxes password protected? If they have passwords like 1234, 1111 etc then the answer would be no.

They only utilize the General Delivery Mailbox.
When accessing the mailbox to check the notification settings it says it has not been setup.
The mailboxes are password protected...not sequential.
