Im trying to enable the authority code on the boards, I have the chip installed but still cannot enable it. Do I have to set the dip switches to a certain position. If anyone can shed some light it would be great. Thanks

I believe, based on previous posts, that this probably belongs in Toshiba, so I am going to move it there.

Let's first look at what board are you trying to set an authority code, the conf. board.?
If so who manufactures the Conf. Bridge?

Where did the conf. Bridge come from?
Is there a support number for it?
Are there markings on the board your speaking about, such as "Dialogic"...etc?

This is not a Toshiba product, I left out that its a Forum Confer II. Sorry Bob this was in the general forum. And if anyone has messed with it they will know what im talking about. Now do I have to repost it back where it was since someone moved it?

You're fine tmeier, let's leave this thread right here for the time being. Can you provide us with how many dip switches you see and their curent positions, and any other important information that you can locate on the circuit board? Are we discussing a Confer II "Sunset"?

I did one a year ago, Dial into CM Port, listen for the beep
Press ‘7’
Enter conference # (“01,” “02,” “03,” etc._)
Press a 4-digit authorization code (numbers only)
Listen for the confirmation tone (two beeps) or voice prompt (if Option VP present), then hang up the CM Port telephone prior to making other changes
