I picked up a new customer that is having some paging issues that are pointing to a possible bad MSC (I think). I plugged my buttset into the page port and made a test page (no tone), I also hooked up a cd player for MOH and turned on background music at the set to test (no tone), I also hooked up my toner to the paging and tone went over head from horns; so we know the amp's and speakers are good. Does this sound like an issue with the MSC to you as-well?

Sounds like it could be the card.
Just one other thing to check. You are using the Page out jack in the front of the unit?? You are NOT using the page relay connector?? Look carefully, it can be confusing. Are you using a mono plug or a stereo plug?
You need a stereo plug. It has 3 contacts. Tip is the end, ring is the middle, sleeve is the last one. Page signal is on tip & ring. Ground is on sleeve.
If you use a mono plug, it sometimes does not make proper connection when plugged in.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Been a long time since I saw the word sleeve used like that. Think it dates both of us!

It is a stereo plug....paging was working up to a year ago which is one reason I was leaning towards the card being the issue. Thank you for your time once again
