Hi All,

I have just taken an older BCM400 out of moothballs. I have it up and running and the lines are ringing on phones.

My test line is physical 159. I set the callpilot to answer 159 with the auto-attendant after 1 ring.

Line 159 has a "Prime set" of DN:6013. Should this point to the DN of the callpilot?

Edited to correct title

The "control set" of line 159 was also set to 6013.

I have tried the V-mail DN in both "control set" and the "prime set" and it's still not picking up. I know the AA is working because I tried a trick. I had the line ring on a phone that doesn't have VM and after 4 rings the calls go into the AA.

I just can't get the AA to pick up the initial call.

You didn't set up the AA & tables properly or it would pick up when you tell it to.
