Is there a way of setting up a directory for just 20 people in the Call Pilot? I want to point a direct number to a MailBox and when it answers, I would like to be able to do a dial by name for a particular 20 individuals not the whole company directory. Can this be done?

Nope, sorry. The only thing remotely close is taking everybody but your 20 out of the directory.

Or you could list the 20 names in a sub-tree with their DN (might want to break it up some), e.g.:
For Bob Jones, dial 222
For Bob Smith, dial 223
For Bob Smythe, dial 224
etc., etc.
