cillroy, once you choose "Add Reply" there is an option at the bottom which states:
Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies.
Check that box and you should be all set.

That option only shows up when you click on the Post Reply as Keighlar said or the Post New Topic icon. (which are near the top right and bottom left of each thread.
