Hi All. I just moved office, and I thought I'd be able to plug and play my router and BCM50. I am using the same router, but my business element manager is not finidng the BCM50. I tried searching all IP addresses. Does anyone know how to ping it? or locate the IP address manually? Thanks!!!!

If you have the proper password you can go to a telset and step through Feature 9*8 to get the IP. This assumes the BCM is using DHCP as opposed to Static IP's. If your using static IP's than it would be the same IP as at the old office.
