Hi All - OK, thank you for your help so far... I got the extensions to change numbers, so that is good, but now, when I plug in a phone, it asks me for a keycode. I used to have a main BCM50 with 2 expensions, now I downsized into just using the main box with no expansions, and I only have 4 lines and 4 phones plugged in. But I originally paid for 12 lines and 16 extensions. So... why does it ask me for a keycode if I only have 4 extensions plugged in? How do I disable to old extensions to make the new ones work? PLEASE help me :-) Thank you!

Why did you remove the expansions. If it was moved, who moved it?

The BCM-50 has to key code anything you want to work. You probably had key codes for the expansion unit but NO keycodes for the main unit (for extensions). You will have to either: ......A) Keep the expansion unit to have extensions. ......B) Buy key codes to open up ports on the main unit.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
