Sorry for the dumb question but it's been a while since I've worked on norstar. I'm adding caller id cards to a cics-do I need to power down to swap cards or can I swap them "hot"? Thanks in advance.

I always power down when swapping cards on any system. It's not like they can make calls when there aren't any CO cards in their KSU..

Power down to pull card out....or in.
Not just a good idea!! But you probably will wish you had if you don't.
