I upgraded my CICS to 7.1 and now I am trying to properly and fully intigrate my CallPilot ver 3.0
I would like to be able to use the CallPilot manager with outlook however when I open outlook it gives me a message "Your mailbox does not have desktop capabilities". Is this an upgrade that I need to purchase for the CallPilot?

I think your talking sbout unified messaging which allows you to download your voicemail msgs to your outlook program. You need to buy keycodes to get this to work.
