CICS 7.1 and CallPilot 3.0
Is there any way to have our secretary transfer a call to a CCR. If an extension is busy or NA I would like to have it go to a CCR table where the caller has a choice to 1 transfer call to an external number or 2 leave a messsage. From what I can tell this is not possible?
Is there any way to have the secretary just have to push 1 or 2 buttons to transfer a call to voicemail? Or do they have to always remember F986 then the extnsion?
Thanks

If the AA is set to "Return to AA=Yes", then that'll fix your first question in the sense that she'll still try & transfer to the wanted extension, but the caller can press (*) to return to AA. State that option in your menus.
Program a button on her set for F986.

So to take it one step further. Is there any way to hit 1 button for F986 and then hit another button to have it enter say ext 227 instead of having to press 2 2 7?

No, the buttons programmed with extensions are internal autodial for extensions not mailboxes. That is why you must enter the mailbox number.

Is there any way to have our secretary transfer a call to a CCR. ............... Thanks Yes you can. If you know which CCR tree you want to go to then all you have to do is this: While on the call, hit Feature 986 x# where x is the CCR tree you want to go to. And yes, you can program a button to do the FEATURE 986. Hit the programmed button then 1# for CCR 1.
