Have a Nusing home with a Mics, Hosipce environment and all patient phones hotlinr to Hunt group and ring Nurse station and 2 cordless sets.These cordless sets are uised 24 7. Customer tried Engenius Duraphone sets, expensive and lasted 10 months, Panasonic sets on existing ATA`s 3 weeks, purchased 7406e sets loved them, they have lasted 1 year and sets need replacing. Sets may be being abused by Nurses a bit, any idea out there that may be more durable and rugid, with some kind if warranty. Thought of digital mobility, have to upgrade Mics software, nervous system may not last.

What did you do with the dead EnGenius phones? They are still under warranty if you're a dealer.

We have Panasonic cordless phones that have lasted for years. Mus be sumpin wrong wit yo users.

I'd start setting $20 cordless phones on the ATA's.

There are the OLD Engenius phones with the slick shell, SN290 comes to mind and they were not as durable as the Duraphones being produced now.

As good as the Engenious phones are, I think it would be get them fixed/recertified. Maybe Engenious would work with you, they certainly want to keep their reputation.

EnGenius will repair gray market phones they just add a extra fee . Always best to buy from a dealer they have a list of authorized dealers on their site .

T7406e's have a knack for popping a couple diodes, it isn't a difficult (and or) costly repair.

The T7406/T7406e warts and and all still seem to leave people more satisfied than any other alternative.
