I just got a new customer who has an older model BCM 1000. I am not sure of the software revision as of yet but am trying to get the IP address. The previous maintaining company has gone belly up and no info is available. The unit is hooked into the network and the default IP has been changed I believe because I have tried both 10.10.10.1 and 10.10.11.1 and neither works. I have also tried the Feature 9*8 or whatever it is and it just times out. Any suggestions on getting the IP address? I cannot log in via the normal telset means with config or admin either. Thank you in advance for any replies.

i believe the only way to view the address is with a null modem on the serial port. it's menu driven and not too difficult to figure out.
