Hey all!
I'm trying to figure out how to fix routing for one of my DID's on my system.
Currently we have a voip service that comes into an adtran box. This then splits off into a PRI on our Nortel PBX. From what the phone provider tells me the last three digits are stripped off the incoming phone number and handed off to the PRI which then does the call routing.
I've been using MICS Browser 6.1 to look through the settings but I don't see anything that matches up with those last three digits for the routing.
I have an incoming number xxx-xxx-x670 that is currently going to the wrong place.
I saw lots of posts about how to do this with a T-1, but didn't see one for PRI.
Thanks!

Jodi start by going to the phone it is on do a feature *0 and press the line (if it appears on the set) and then look at the line programming for that line. Or go into line programmming and depending on the software look at the target lines and you should find one with 670 as the received digits. Target lines on older software starts at 145.

ok I went to our main reception phone where most lines ring into.
I did a func * 0 and it did "release calls"
When people call in typically they go to our auto attendant. We have 15 different DID's coming in. Most of them go to a main attendant, but there are two others that go to a different attendant.
Our attendant is at 260.
If I look at line 145, it's print set is DN229
I don't see any kind of setting that says "recieved digits"
I'll see if I can post some screens, that might help.

Can you Identify in the auto attendant the greeting that is answering that line? If you can you can go through the auto attendant greetings and find it that way.

If you do - John was on the right track. Just look at assign lines to that extension. If you still don't find it, please call in a qualified tech. They should be able to find it quickly.
