I need your urgent help Please. Our call pilot 100 was working before I changed the IP address. I changed the ip-address of the call pilot 100 to 172.16.x.x range with web-based callpilot manger. After I changed it, I restarted. After a few seconds of power self test process, it stopped blinking. I restarted it again. it did the same. The leds are blinking for a few seconds like normal process, but stopped working after a while. I tried to connect it with windows hyper terminal using serial cable. My hyper terminal configuration is 9600bits/sec, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity and no flow control. I changed the serial cable and tried also with other computer (win xp SP 3) but no avail. I used normal DB-9 serial cable. Would you please help me?

How long did you let it Boot up - (Lights Blink + No Blink)??
It could take 10 min ....maybe 15 min.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?

It also needs to be connected to the system DNs to fully boot

I really appreciate your help. I let it to boot up for more than 20 min and it is connected with the main unit. When I plugged out and in the power unit, the two LED lit for a few seconds and stops at all.

Is there a way to set it back to the factory default? I couldn't see also the boot up process with serial cable. I used hyper terminal with 9600 baud rate, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity and no flow control.

Yes there is, but it can't be posted in the open forum...sorry. You'll also have to get it to boot to do it, anyway. Check the CD to see if it's there, if & when you get the CP to fully boot.

Have you Unplugged the Call Pilot and reseated the flash card and tried to reboot?

yes, I took out and plugged back the flash card. The power supply unit is A10W-0812l model number with 8v, 2A output but don't know whether it is old or new type.

Power supply with 9v 3-conductor is the OLD one.
Do not use.
Power supply with 8v 2-conductor is NEW one.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
