My name is Rick Mercure and I am in the central part of Florida, The Lightning Capital of the world. This is my first post. We are using an outdated software 1988 ICM by Western Digital, for our 20 year old company. I have been looking at a couple of software solutions for service calls and billing. Rick Welcome to the Forum. Have you contacted ICM about upgrades? FYI you have to change the "of the World" to of the US. Because some mountian top in Peru got more hits than we did, thats some crap isn't it.

We use ConnectWise for all our billing, time sheets, inventory, maintenance agreements, etc. Well.....pretty much everything! It exports to most accounting packages and is super simple once it is all setup. Though you will need a server to run it.

The Lightning Capital of the USA.
Though I don't think they have many Phone Systems in the Mountin tops of Peru.
