I have a Nortel Norstar MICS System ver. 30CQE06 NAT. It is connected to a PRI line. It has worked perfectly for 2 years. Suddenly today it can not make outgoing calls. Any number dialed returns an audible recording saying that the number can not be reached. Calls made from an outside number into the phone system go through just fine. Calls from inside out don't go through. Where should I start looking to diagnose this issue?
