Was doing some wiring today for a customer and they had some weird stuff going on. When ext 4039 is on a call with a customer, the call would cue for a confrence and ring ext 4029 ( this happens without touching anything), the conversation at 4039 stays connected even if 4029 answers, if they hang up ( ext 4029) the call stays connected to 4039. Soft release on BCM is 8.0.1.05.329. I hope I've explained this well enough so as to understand the question, I have allready suggested that their IT person swap out ext.4039 with a new phone, any other thoughts? Thanks!

That's a weird one - sounds like a bad phone to me... (could be a stuck button)

Thanks Toner thats what I thought too but the LCD doesn't change, we'll see if they changed the phone out, and what differance it makes. I will update if that fixes it.
