I have a CICS that was running on restricted 4x8 software. I replaced the software w/ 8x16 7.0 and the system does not come up, the sets just just keep blinking like a restart and thats it. Is there another step I need to take? Thanks

Is the system still powered up? it can sometimes take a while for new software to initialize

For sure. What version was the old software? You may have to default the system if it's very old.
