can anyone advise me how to change the autoattendant greeting, how do you get to the autoattendant

 to the board First you'll need the admin password for the VM. Without it, we cannot help you. Do you have the Coordinator guide to administer the VM? If not, you'll need it, if not now, then sooner or later.

i simply need to change th greeting that has already been recorded, i believe to log into the Autoattendant the code is F 983 can you confirm

If the one that's there won't let you in, then someone has changed it from the default.
If no-one at you business knows it, you'll have to call in a Nortel Tech.
