We have a customer who has an MICS and they are currently using the Nightmode with AA. They want to be able to setup a Day mode and have a different greeting and all. My question is, does anyone have a manual or something that could help us program this? My boss had a manual at one point but it was misplaced. Any help would be awesome. Ty for your input Toner. I checked it out and you have the 7.1 This system is an older version not sure but probably from about 5-8 years back. That I know of it does not have the newest software.

It doesn't meter. Concept is the same. Commands are the same as well.

Your problem is with the VM, NOT the system itself. If you don't know how to do this, it's best to get someone who does or your client is going to be O/O/S and you'll be in a position to explain....
