I'm having trouble with a callpilot 100 that has a CCR tree set up. It plays Greeting and goes to tree. Path 1 is a menu with sub menus. Path 1-1 , 1-2, 1-3, etc. are extension transfers. When you get to sub menu and press 1, 2 , or 3 etc...if extension is not answered it will not go to extensions VM box. It says party not available. The customer only used AA at night so customers can leave message in mailbox. During the day VM transfer works fine. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you skipped path 0 and went right to path 1. But when you press (example) 3, then it tries to find path 3 - but you don't have a 3 you have a 1-3.
Or if you did it correctly, (ie.. someone calls in then presses 1, then hears the menu path 1 then presses another key) then something is wrong with your tree. Better check it over again.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
