I have a new Customer Who wants to use a system already installed. I preformed The Startup Programming and connected 4 phones. The keys on the phones are not what they show. No CO lines are showing up on the phones. Reading the manuals has not shown me how to default the key maps on the phones.

do the startup again and select 'square' that should get you 2 lines on all telephones.
