I'm trying to upgrade a MICS from 4.1 software to 7.1, but not having much luck. I have one M7324 connected & it doesn't seem to be working! The arrows keep blinking , & I waited at least 10 minutes, but still blinking. Is something incompatable, or am I going about it wrong. Help would be appreciated.

You need to upgrade step by step, or default the whole system.

MooreTel is right. I do not believe you can jump from 4.1 all the way to 7.1. Staged upgrade is needed, but it would be quicker to default, go to 7.1 and then reprogram. That way you know all the programming is correct.

One more concern--Will a Startalk Flash work OK with the 7.1 software?
