I've had it so I could use some help with this one. I have a CICS system that was just upgraded to sw 7.1 (SP: 30DHC12 NAT) to allow for additional DN and trunks. System has VM (Star Talk Flash) that was working before the upgrade (sw 1.4.6). After KSU upgrade the KSU works fine but the VM fails. F903 / F983 show inactive feature. I've reset it a dozen times along with the KSU, no joy. I've put a phone on the exten and I can call it (ext 33), I've checked the system port status and it shows P113 / ext 33 STK1. The extn numbers are the same (2 digit). What have I missed???
