I don't normally work with the Nortel products so any help would be great. I have installed a used 824 and a Flash voicemail. I also setup a loud bell so incoming calls can be heard outside the building. The voicemail will answer when I dial the 983 sequence. I need to setup a generic auto attendant after 4 rings and give dial options for the caller (sales, service, general, each going to an extension. I have the programming overview for the 824 but not sure where to go with it here and in the voicemail. Thanks

I didn't include the fact that the software for the 824 is DR5. I don't presently know the version for the voicemail.

Click on "Manuals" at the top of the page and look for the manual for Nortel Flash Voice Mail.
