I have assigned a private line to 1 phone which works fine until after a no answer the call routes to the main menu of the Amanda voice mail system rather than the users private mail box seems like a call forword issue
Ps this is in a school the phone was originally used as a classroom phone now it is an adminstator

what happens when you call this extension from another extension, does it forward to the correct mailbox?

Extension to extension works fine. The problem occurs only with an incoming call on the private line.

Is the Prime Set DN of the private line set to the DN where the private line is assigned to?.
