From time to time our pots lines have trouble either static or no dial tone. Is there a way from an extension to select each line to dial out on?

Currently we have the user tell us when they have the trouble, use BCM monitor to see which line the user has in use and then use a butt set on the splice block to test.

Also is there an easy way to deactivate the line until the issue is resolved?

Thanks
Jeremy

You can program each line appearance individually on a set for temporary troubleshooting issues.

You can remove a line from the Pool Group (change to "Public") to de-activate it.
