We're an Avaya/Panasonic dealer & currently use Quickbooks Pro 2005 for our customer DB and for accounting/invoicing. Our scheduling is done the old fashioned way - on paper. The job has been given to me to get new software that will improve our dispatching and integrate everything. Any input from other vendors would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

this has been discussed NUMEROUS times in the past here.
A lot of us still use QB. We use ConnectWise.
Do a search and you will find lots of other programs.

we use tigerpaw and love most of it, but it has been a long bumpy road to get fully up on the inventory management, scheduling, and billing (integrates with QB if you really know your stuff, which we don't)

The company I work for is using Sodona for everything, accounting, dispatching, job tracking, etc. From what I heard it is $$
