Question on a 4.0 Mics. Have an issue with calls that are answered by NAM Auto Attendant and callers press 0 for the Operator. If a call is transferred to an extension that is in Do Not Disturb the call will immediately ring back to the Operator or person that transferred the call to that ext.. Is it possible to have those transferred calls drop directly into the voicemail box of the user that is in DND? Thanks

Yes if you program those stations for forward on busy to the voice mail DN. This will send all calls, intercom included to voice mail.

The problem is that outside calls that are transferred to a phone in Do Not Disturb the call comes back to the extension that transferred it. The goal is to have the call drop into the voicemail box without ringing the phone.

We understand your problem, but did you check the CFB programming as Repairtech 70 instructed?

Call forward busy is set to go to the VM ext.

try Ftr 984 on the phone and see if that works, I don't remember if that code works with a NAM.
