if i use feature 4 on ext a to forward calls to ext b when im not there if B does not answer it comes back to my voice mail. If i forward my ext A to B in element manager (forward no answer 4 rings)will it still come back to my voice mail Thanks

That's the way Nortel designed it. No work around that I know of.
I believe that the belief was that the caller did in fact call ext A, so logically that's where the caller would want to leave the VM.

ok thanks that what i wanted anyway its more of a long time solution than using the F 4 sometimes its forgotten
