I'm trying to do an offsite transfer through a StarTalk. I have option 1 set up for EXT transfer, OUTGOING (Pool), Pool: 1, Ph: (Phone Number). I've used my cellphone number for a test. I see the system pick up the second line, it dials my number, cellphone rings, but then the system hangs up and says "incorrect route setup or route configuration". Something along those lines. What am I missing? Do I have to setup line redirection in Terminals & Sets for the StarTalk extensions? I read something about that on this forum last night and I'm heading back to the customer today. Thank you for your assistance.

I have found that changing the lines from Supervised to unsupervised or vise versa. This has worked for me. Give it a try

Lines should definitely be supervised!

If working with a voicemail (CallPilot, Flash, etc) it is highly recommended to keep all lines set to Supervised.

On that note, does your line Pool1 require a dialing prefix to grab a line and dial out?

Otherwise Curlycord's suggestion would be mine as well.
