I am going out on a startalk vm on a CICS, not sure of rls.Where can I turn on message waiting lamp for a mailbox, all I can find is the display saying there is a message waiting but no light lit on phone.Thanks in advance. Pat

if it is a T series phone, i believe the CICS must be software 6.1 or higher for the lamp to light.
