I am working on a Norstar ICS Plus with VM. The customer has been lucky, there has been no back up of the VM. Tonight I tried a back up with my floppies and got to Disk 3 and them "Back Up aborted" Tried again with another different Disk 3, same problem. Any suggestions???

Replace the floppy drive. They are famous for going bad.
