I have a Norstar with 80+ phones and a Call Pilot 150 with Call Manager software attached. The customer has used this for years to maintain mailboxes and on ocaision change greetings.
The last time I was onsite was a couple of months ago and we changed greetings at that time by have the CM call his ext. and record the greeting. Since then he has tried to re-record the greeting and it will not call his or any ext. I went out to verify and it does not seem to want to call. I can record the greeting manually by using the phone to get into the greeting section but not using the CM. The customer has CCR turned on and it is much simpilar to record thru the system.
Any ideas?

By Call Manager do you mean the web interface of the CP?

Marv, Yes they can connect and do other updates. The only thing that it appears they can not do it record greeting by having the system call a Ext. as they have done in the past.
I believe the customer is going to reboot tomorrow and try it again.

A reboot would be the next logical step.

I would of course verify they are trying to call a valid DN first.
