good morning got a customer using call pilot answering lines with options then push 2 for sales then there is 2 ext in call center , here's the problem they don't use call center they got both phones on make busy and the lead agents phone forwarded to a cordless phone then they will answer flashing line on t7316. I want to remove the agents and call center and put all 3 ext in a ring group so when they push option 2 auto attendant it would ring all 3 phones at once and who ever answers takes the call. any ideas?

Remove the agents from the skillset and program a hunt group and add the 3 members to the hunt group and point option 2 to the dn of the hunt group.

Hunt group will make the calls ring in to one phone at a time. You could remove the ACDN all together and program that DN on all three phones as MCR instead of SCR. Then all phone ring at the same time and first to answer gets the call. The other two phones are then freed up for additional calls to the DN.

1 - Hunt Groups can rings all sets, round robin or first order 2 - This is a Norstar not an Option/Succession.
