Called to a repair, customer on the weekend had Mics software upgraded from old T1 to Mics 6.1,by some one else, had CLID cards installed for display. I am now involved there is problem with Nam. Nam is 4.0 i think there is compatability issues. Issue is calls will not forward to voicemail when routed through auot attendant. Calls go back to beginning of auto attendant. Called around to people I know in Southern Ontario, no one seems to have back pack to upgrade NAM TO 4.1. Any thoughts to repair this. Thx

Replace with Call Pilot and be done with it. Serves them right for trying to use another vendor, it always comes back and bites them in the but! lol

Yep you are correct MICS 6.1 needs 4.1 in the NAM.

I just took over a new site someone else installed. Same thing.
I got a replacement drive. Backed up what I needed, replaced, restore. All was good. Let me know if you need referral for the part.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Thanks Guys for your replys. Sent unit in for upgrade to 4.1. All test OK so far. Would like to install CP 150, problem is customer has 62 mailboxes, cost was getting high.
Thanks again, shows this form works.
