In the process of moving some of our older Nortel manual got stored. I am getting alarm 63-203 and 63-204 which I haven't seen before. Only thing I can find is that is says DTMF receivers aren't availble. Can anyone elaborate on this? This entire system took a lighting hit last summer and I think we are still going through some of the residual effects.

It looks like you are getting the alarm on those ports...look in maintenance - ports, and find out if those are station ports...they may be going south because of the strike.
