davetel Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 1,235 sbdo, ca, usa	hello i got a service call and their phones only ring 4 times. the central office is still sending ring boltage but the cics only responds 4 times. the caller still hears more rings and the calls can still be answered from one of the nortel phones. is there any program that would do this. thanks dave

Canada	If they have a voice mail that no longer is working, the system may still be programmed for it and sending calls to a non existant VM after 4 rings. davetel Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 1,235 sbdo, ca, usa	if it was drt i wouldnt be able to answer at another nortel phone after it quits ringing would i. when i call in i can hear it still ringing on my cell phone and i can answer the call after several more than 4 rings.
