I have a new customer that has a CICS 4x16 Rel 7.1 along with a CP100 Rel 3.1. They have the auto attendant answering all calls. They also have call screening turn on. Recently they started experiancing calls randomley transfering to ext 222 when other extensions were dialed. I had it happen to me once while I was there. What I did notice was I wasn't prompted for my name when it misfired. Also Ext.222 is not the operator. I reset both the phone and vm systems. Any thought on what could be causing this and how to remedy.
Thanks - Al

I have had this happen with a CP100 3.0
I turned out to be a CP system glitch where the CP seemed to multi-pulse the digit two. I had to default and reload the CP to fix my issue
