have a call pilot answering 2 different companies 1 retail 1 wholesale in auto attendant I have in retail if you want wholesale push 2 which works great m-f night and day but on sat sun retail is open wholesale is closed so when you dial 2 it rings all the wholesales phones then goes to general delivery. question is can you send option 2 to the ccr tree of wholesale so it always follows wholesales routing

You cannot send a call from one CCR tree to another Tree. But you can make a sub-tree within one. If they push 2 - make it go to path 2. Make path 2 a Menu which then matches the other tree. Hopefully you don't have a HUGE tree ??
But if a call goes to phones with no voice mail calls may still end up in the GD.

The nice thing about the Call Pilot is you can have different CCR not only for each table (company) but also different ones for times of day.
You can't pass from CCR to CCR, but you can have one on the W/E that changes 2 to go directly to a warehouse mailbox or to play an informational message to say the warehouse is closed.

So you want Retail to answer Wholesales calls on the weekend? I take it they don't have there own lines and why you didn't use CCR Tree 2.
A Path cannot do one thing and then another based on time or day.
If you are 3.1 CP then try this: Table 1/CCR 1 Path 1 = Retail phones, Path 2 = Wholesale phones Table 1/CCR 2 Path 1 = Wholesale phones, Path 2 = Wholesale phones
CCR 2 to play on the weekend.

Does wholesale have the "mistake option" to press X for retail also?
What CP version is it?

Another thought. Have those path's dial out to the correct inbound # (TRNSF/EXT/#XXX-XXXX), this way the will get the "closed greeting". Ties up 2 lines but how often do people call sears when the want kmart?
